Below is some information, which is nice for you to know of, before you use the “submit abstract-link”
The abstract submission template contains the following mandatory headings: 'Introduction', 'Materials and Methods', 'Results' and 'Conclusion'.
The abstract cannot exceed a total of 250 words including headings. Full name, country of residence, title, and affiliation are required for all listed authors. You will be able to indicate if you prefer presentation by poster or oral communication, but please note that the scientific committee will ultimately decide the form of presentation.
Each presentation will be 8 minutes followed by 2 minutes of discussion in English. Presentations should be supported by PowerPoint slides with text in English. Based on the ratings of the scientific committee, the six best submitted abstracts will enter the oral presentation competition at the congress. In the competition, these six presentations will be judged by a panel of international experts, including scientific journal editors. There will be an award for the best and the second best presentation.
Posters can be a maximum of 120 cm (height) x 90 cm (width). During the congress, the posters will be judged by the scientific committee. There will be an award for the best poster of the congress, based on the scientific committee, and a people´s choice best poster.
