ONLINE only participation and supplement – the price includes:
Three-day program of Live streaming from two parallel sessions in the rooms “Norway” and “Denmark” mixed with live broadcast from the on-site green room, featuring interviews with speakers and experts and other entertainment. The product includes access to a Video-On-Demand platform containing up to 20 live-streamed sessions consisting of up to 50 different talks (until 1.4.2025).
Social events:
Get together (Thursday): DKK 250 per person
The Grand Gala Dinner Party (Friday): DKK 750 per person
Hotel accommodation
In connection with the Scandinavian Sports Medicine Congress, we are able to offer hotel accommodation at venue; the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel Copenhagen.
When you have registered for the congress and submitted your registration through the congress system, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
In this confirmation mail you will find a specific link for booking of hotel room during the congress.
The price for a standard hotel room at the venue is usually around: single room: DKK 1025, double room: DKK 1.125 if the room is booked through the our links.
Please note that the hotel rooms available will be sold on a “first come, first served basis”.

Fraud
There has been known fraud attempts at other international conferences, where individuals have contacted announced speakers and exhibitors under the pretense of helping them book their accommodation, selling fake exposure and registering for the conference.
